NSW: Licence fees would be halved for good drivers: O'Farrell

SYDNEY, Feb 28 AAP - Drivers who go five years without committing any offences behind
the wheel will have their licence fees halved under a NSW coalition government.

Opposition Leader Barry O'Farrell released the safe driving policy on Saturday, saying
there needed to be incentives to obey the road rules - not just punishments.

The scheme has been borrowed from Victoria, where it has operated since 2006.
